The investor, owning several adjacent building plots, sought a versatile semi-detached single-family house design that could be replicated to create a cohesive residential development across the entire site.

In response to these requirements, a modern two-story building was designed with a well-thought-out, functional layout ensuring both comfort and privacy for the residents of each unit.

The facade composition is based on a harmonious dialogue between white plaster and natural, treated timber cladding introduced at the ground floor level, adding lightness and warmth to the building mass. The overall look is complemented by large wooden-framed windows opening the interiors to the surrounding greenery, as well as balconies finished with minimalist glass balustrades that emphasize the sleek, elegant architectural lines.
