ARCHITECTURE

We begin our collaboration with an in-person meeting or a video conference to discuss your expectations, lifestyle, budget framework, and timeline in detail. This is a crucial step to establish priorities and the stylistic direction for the entire project.

Following the meeting, I prepare a contract and send it over for your approval. Once signed, we proceed to Stage 2.

Client preparation for the meeting: Floor plans of the apartment or house, style preferences, and visual inspirations.

The technical foundation of the project relies on precise space measurements. For on-site projects, I take actual measurements and photographic documentation at the property. For online collaboration, we work with architectural or developer floor plans provided by you, supplemented by simple verification measurements following my instructions.

Client preparation: Provide property access and any available building/architectural documentation in physical or digital format.

Based on the collected information, I create a compilation of inspirations as digital moodboards. They showcase the proposed color palette, textures, materials, and the overall ambiance of the interior, ensuring we are aligned before 3D modeling begins.

Revisions: 1–2 rounds of revisions included.

I prepare 1–2 interior layout proposals illustrating furniture placement and key dimensions. We discuss the options to select and refine one optimal functional plan tailored to your daily routines.

Revisions: 1–3 rounds of revisions included.

Client's role: Select preferred option and submit feedback.

I transform the approved 2D floor plan into a 3D conceptual model, selecting specific furniture, lighting, wall finishes, and flooring. You receive a set of photorealistic 3D renders for each room, allowing you to accurately evaluate the space, lighting, and material pairings. We refine the design based on your feedback to achieve the final vision.

Revisions: 1 round of revisions included.

I develop a complete technical package for contractors, covering electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, flooring and ceiling guidelines, as well as detailed custom millwork drawings for the carpenter. I also include a comprehensive shopping list itemizing materials, fixtures, product codes, and direct store links.

During the implementation phase, I provide site supervision to ensure works align with the design documentation. This service can include on-site visits or ongoing remote technical consultations with contractors, enabling prompt resolution of any construction queries.

Options available:

• Fixed-Fee Supervision: Comprehensive on-site oversight (higher-tier option).
• Scheduled Visits: A set number of monthly site visits defined in the contract (cost-effective option).
• Note: Additional site visits are subject to extra fees.
