PRIVACY POLICY
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through ladyinverde.com is Monika Galili, ul. Leśne Zacisze 17, 80-298 Leźno, Poland, e-mail: contact@ladyinverde.com.
You can write to that address about anything concerning your personal data.
Contact form
When you write through the contact form, you provide your name, e-mail address, the subject of your enquiry and the message itself. I use this information only to answer you and to continue the conversation about that enquiry.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted me (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation leads towards working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
I keep messages for as long as the correspondence lasts and for one year afterwards, in case you come back to the subject.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for two purposes.
Remembering your language. When you switch the site to Polish or English, your choice is stored in a liv_lang cookie for 30 days, so that your next visit does not bring back the version you did not want. This cookie is necessary for the site to work the way you chose and does not require consent.
Visit statistics. With your consent I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which works they look at and where they come from. You give consent in the banner shown on your first visit and you can withdraw it at any time through the same banner. Until you consent, the site stores no Google cookies in your browser and Google receives only an anonymous signal that a page was viewed (with no identifier that could recognise you on later visits), which it uses to estimate total visits. If you also accept marketing cookies, Google may add aggregated demographic data (such as age range and interests) from the Google accounts of people who allow this in their settings.
IP addresses are truncated in the statistics, so they are not used to identify individual people.
The legal basis here is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who receives the data
- Google Ireland Limited - visit statistics (Google Analytics). Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- CookieYes Limited - the consent banner.
- LH.pl sp. z o.o. - hosting of the site and e-mail, meaning the server the site runs on and through which contact form messages pass.
I do not share your data with anyone else and I do not sell it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Changes
If the site starts collecting data in a new way, I will update this document and change the date below.
