HOLON

The apartment is located in a building renovated under the TAMA 38 urban renewal program in Israel. The building’s structure was reinforced, and the apartment itself gained an additional 18 m².

Following this expansion, the space required a complete redesign to accommodate two residents, including an elderly person. I decided to enlarge the small bathroom by integrating the separate toilet into the space. A laundry area was added as an extension of the kitchen, and I eliminated one walk-through room. As a result, the layout became clear, functional, and intuitive.

The color palette is grounded in earth tones-linen, ivory, off-white, warm grays, and greens. In addition, I focused on carefully curated lighting that warms the interior and creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
